‘A first autumn sun’ [Kanuka Rise, Photo Journals] - AnnCT 04/2013
For Laura’s project ‘A trip through my eyes’.
I know it is not sunday, instead a rather early day during the week. But the feel of the first golden autumn sun. A spark here and there. And a visible third reflection of the last light holding on.
It’s where I am home. Overlooking a bay into Nelson, on the opposite shore, mountains, in winter they carry the white gold called snow.
The garden, front lawn and a fair bit even down the road, wilderness with attempts of domestication, long have passed the days of humans, someone just like me.
These are pictures from my evening at home.
